Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
At Noventrix IT Solutions, we specialize in delivering online services such as website development, SEO, digital marketing, PPC campaign management, and technical support. These are custom digital services delivered remotely, which means concepts like “shipped” or “returned” refer to project delivery and completion confirmations shared electronically.

We do not ship physical goods, and “returns” typically refer to revision requests or refund evaluations outlined in this policy.

Non-Refundable Services
Due to the customized, intangible nature of our digital services, the following are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Website development and design (after project kickoff or partial delivery)

  • SEO and digital marketing services (once strategy or campaign execution has begun)

  • Google Ads/PPC services (once campaigns are launched or ad spend begins)

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be reviewed under the following limited conditions:

  • The service has not started and no deliverables have been provided

  • An identifiable error or issue occurred that is verifiably our fault

  • You were charged incorrectly or there is a billing error

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on project status, resources invested, and outcomes delivered.

Ongoing Services & Cancellations
You may cancel any recurring service (e.g., digital marketing retainers or monthly ad management) by notifying us at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations will not be retroactive and are non-refundable for services already rendered.

No Physical Returns
As we do not provide physical goods, traditional product returns do not apply. Dissatisfaction with service deliverables will be handled through revision rounds or refund evaluation based on your agreement with us.
